Important Information

House Rules

Please note all prices displayed are in respect of the complete unit and with a maximum of 4 guests sharing. There will be an additional charge for each additional guest (including children over 1 year old).

Cleaning services are not included in the rates and are available on request at an additional charge. Guest are expected to leave unit in a clean condition.

A compulsory refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure, or as soon as possible after departure depending on any breakages/damage that may have occured during your stay.

We reserve the right to use the security deposit towards cleaning, repair or replacement costs if the property is left dirty, items are missing or damaged.

Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage, repairs or replacement of items that exceed the security deposit.

Towels, black bags, soaps (kitchen and bathroom), extra blankets, wood, food or toiletries are not provided. Please bring your own.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all units.

Checking-in time is STRICTLY 10h00 to 20h00 and a levy of R150.00 will be payable in respect of all arrivals after 20h00 unless prior arrangements have been made for arrival at a later hour or in the case of an unavoidable emergency, of which management has been advised.

Checking-out time is STRICTLY 10h00 and a levy of R150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if this time is not adhered to.
If the unit is left in a very dirty state, at the discretion of management, this will be considered to be classed as "damage" and a minimum cleaning fee of R 150.00 will be levied and deducted from the damage deposit.

No large groups will be considered.

No parties may be held in any of the units.

Loud noise is not allowed at any time and guests who disregard this rule will not be allowed further accommodation and shall be required to vacate the premises immediately.
No refund will be payable in this instance and the damage deposit will be forfeited.

Visitors are allowed but for the sole purpose of visiting our guests. During their visit, all visitors will be considered to be under the supervision of the guest and subject to the same rules as the guests. Visitors shall not be allowed entry after 22h00 and shall be required to exit the premises by 23h00.

The owner of the property and the property manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft or death, to any person and/or, to his/her property or any items forgotten or left in the house.
